How do I File an Insurance Claim ?

If you are in an accident please remain at the scene and call 911. Hopefully there are no injuries, but if there are please ask to dispatch medical attention first. Always confirm that police is being dispatched in order to create the police report needed for your claim.

When you file an insurance claim, you’re making a formal request to your insurance company to receive money to help you pay for repairs and other expenses caused by a policy event (like a car accident) that is covered by your insurance.

After you file all the paperwork, the insurance company usually sends an insurance adjuster to your location and investigate what happened. And then, if the claim is validated and approved, you’ll receive a check in the mail to cover your losses.

Report the claim to the insurance company you were matched with at Red Road. From the list below select your Insurance Company to report the accident, if you need help don’t hesitate to contact us at 305-557-2323
